Hi guys, I came back to Lost Ark after not playing since EU launch, and I wanted to had a fresh start from scratch. I just started Tier 3 these past few days, and reached 1370 iLvL. Problem is I can't find any group to do my abyssal dungeons & abyssal raid, at least with the in-game group search. From what I understood, most of the players are just ahead of these contents so no one are playing it. What are the best ways to find players to do these contents with ? Thanks !

once you get one character high enough, with some investment in stronghold stuffs, you can level characters up to your main level -1 (like 30m exp a week baseline, 70m a week with aura)

Depends on how far you're pushing your first character. A rule of thumb for launch was about 2 months to hit 60 but we had one raid back then

i dont know if they changed the scaling, i think it's twice as hard with a full party of 4 people, so doing it solo means you're having to do more of the heavy lifting than you would in a group

if you want to play through the story at your own pace, go for it. From a utilitarian standpoint i'd suggest using any powerpasses before they expire just cause it's a useful tool to help characters catch up, for free

and if that means using it on some random alt because you want to grind through on your main the old fashioned way, knock yourself out

"best" option is probably something like powerpass an alt, with the intent to pretend they're your main until your main gets caught up, and use the availability of farming better stuff and more gold that a higher character affords to get your main up faster than you're able to now

but that means putting the effort into two chars, and you have to enjoy playing the boosted char or it becomes a chore and thats no fun

yea basically train them up, there r guide quest that reward rare grade(blue) tools, when u have some gold to spare, make some epic(purple) tools, will last awhile until ur well built

I still made a calculator for transcendence because I wanted to know the odds, you start off with like 25% chance to hit 3 flowers, then after that first roll sometimes it goes to like 3%, sometimes it goes to like 70%

also i dced before end of gate 1 in aegir nm so i was locked out of it. So i cant reenter and i didnt get a reentry ticket. but gold reaward of 3 raids per week wasnt consumed. is this a bug? and if so why would they lock me out of aegir entirely while i didnt get any gold or loot so i cant redo it but also not consume the gold reward count?

i looked at the official AGS page about dcs and requirements for reentry tickets. tldr if its server side i get the ticket, if its local then i dont.

The poopup i got when dcing says error only. usually when its local it might say something like connection timed out etc.

to answer my own question now that I did it on an alt, you need 225 PI to make brel gear, you get 30 from the first clear box, 16 + 16 from first 2 gates, upgrade those pieces, 20 from 3rd gate, 20 from solo vendor for 102 first week, 72 week 2, leaving 51 needed week 3 which is just solo vendor + gates 1 and 2 and then you're done buying boxes and can finally do gate 4 on week 3
