Do it if you want to get the books/collections for the extra dmg vs. various types of enemies.. But its very minor. As long as you got room for your LOS and KLC cards you should be fine.

These things take long time and are barely noticeable.. its more of an endgame thing really. And you need to unlock many many extra card catalog slots for it.. But like I said its not really high priority

Advanced honing to +10 on all your gear will only give to 10 ilvls so if you did it now you'd be 1670, it's much better to do it at 1670 to get to 1680, it's cheaper than regular honing from 1670 to 1680 yep but still expensive, it costed me 600k gold to advance hone all my gear to +10 which sent me to 1680
