The first one is battle items. I would place them in storage for now. I would also store your pink shards in storage. Battle items are used in a variety of raids and the shards are a material to help hone but you dont need them yet

"red" will be quite punishing to play in current end game raids unless you are extremely experienced with the raids and the class, but if you have both class and raid mastery then it's a very strong class that offers a lot to the team.
"blue" is technically a bit similar but far easier to do "okay" dmg, even if inexperienced on a raid.
both builds are extremely tanky compared to normal dps classes and if you use your identity properly then you have nearly perma push immunity. not sure if you remember differences between paralysis/push/cc

tl;dr they are very good, but red requires some proper hands to do good on

blue is okay even if you aren't the best player

biggest difference is that blue is "mostly" hitmaster (you still want to front attack if possible, especially on your biggest hitting skill)
and red is purely a front attacker, you will be doing absolutely horrendous dmg if you aren't front attacking
