You don't have the correct type of gold. To craft tradeable items (including Oreha), you need to pay the crafting cost with Unbound gold. The alternative way to craft Orehas with Bound gold is to unlock the farm at Stronghold level 10 and craft bound Orehas with the farm materials.

There's an event going on now that gives a powerpass that takes your character to item level 1580 and in order to get it your account has to be trusted which yours is now. There are raids you can do at 1580 so that's why Signum said welcome to endgame

However, I'm finding it almost impossible to get stuff like honor leapstones etc. to do any meaningful honing. Can only do one chaos a day and I can't do raids/dungeons alone.
