you have 2 options from here on out

0- obligatory: play on ignite and level a char to 1620, its quite easy and once you transfer you will get a LOT of stuff, its way too good to pass out on
1- transfer only that character to your existing server and have 3 chars, 2 basically on dead content and 1 on endgame
2- transfer the whole roster from ignite to overwrite a completely fresh server, bringing with you a lot of stuff like cards and collectibles, which you will get enmasse on ignite, giving you a very very good headstart

NOTE: Whole roster DOES NOT mean all 6 characters, it means collectibles and horizontal progression, only ONE char can be transfered on either option

Ignite is a server designed to give you a massive head start. It provides endgame gear at level 1580 and allows you to create as many characters as needed until your main character reaches level 1620 (you hone only the main above 1580, the others stay 1580).
Once your main is 1620, got some elixirs, you can transfer ONE CHARACTER to the normal server.

The server also supplies a huge amount of materials, tokens, collectible progress, Una quest progress, and more.
Ignite gives you in 1 week what you would need MONTHS to do normally.

if you havent gotten the answer its becasue its set as the 'main character' (top left on the screen) need to change it to other char before it can be deleted (or jsut delete the other char first so its the only char left and can be deleted as the warning box says)

you would have to check how much the skill makes up your overall dps to see if it's worth swapping down from a t3 9. lvl 7 t4 > lvl 9 t3 while a lvl 6 t4 < lvl 9 t3. If the skill is like less than 20%? (might be lower) then you can just swap it to t4 gem that is lower than a t3 9 or t3 10 to get the ap boost

Hi, in date 7 november i could't log anymore in lost ark and game said me a generic error "Cannot connect to the server. Exiting the game [P]. (find attached screenshot).
I tried to log for some days, but the error wasn't fixed, then i did contact the amazon's game support and i found the message of my ban (find attached screenshot).
After this i wrote an appeal for this but has been declined without explaining anything. Moreover, in my ban info there is no data, time or any info about this ban, or any info about the operator has checked it and confirmed my ban. In this week i sent a lot of emails ( my friends too did try to contact someone ) but all of us got the same automatic reply, and my emails have been warned for spam.i already contacted the amazon games support (it/uk) and they said me cannot contact the amazon game service for lost ark and redirected me in social media platform because i can't do any other appeal or contact via email anymore.
I have more than 6000 hours in 3 years with a trusted account, been playing costantly, and will never use bots or any type of cheat mentioned and actually no one gave me a solution for that.
I would like to have the possibility to contest this unlegitimate ban because actually (except for the operator of prime gaming/amazon) i only got automatic reply from amazon game without having any possibility to talk with somebody to check my ban and info attached (because how i said there is no info about my ban and the game didn't say me i'm banned) Can an Admin help me and manually check my ban, and if there is no problem i would like to ask to unban me.
