meaning 15 in total

there are more skill pages, presets for gear and things like that you can buy with crystals, some official ingame shop items are exclusive to crystals
you can unlock more roster storage with crystals
you can also unlock more storage PER character with crystals
but usually you don't have to actively do anything to spend them
you'll just notice eventually and a message will pop up asking for blue crystals
just try not to accidentally use them for porting again with a bifrost (if you're using that already)
you can always ask here like you just did if the purchase makes sense or not
you don't get alot of crystals for free
so the little bit you get are to be used wisely if you want to stay completely f2p and make the most out of it
