there're 2 scenarios. its a bug or your roster info already marked those runes as obtained since they're already available for you to buy (just need to do merchant research to buy it)

option 1- if you are returning player and you are not new to the game because you will have already a good roster level. option 2- if you are totally new player and havent played this game before

I have seen online people saying reroll your character until you get high quality weapon does it make that big of difference ? as i made 3 breakers highest was 70 quality weapon
and i made 1 soul eater that got 100 Quality weapon 🤡 but the gameplay is kinda slow and not interesting (full moon) does it become faster or perhaps the other build is viable ? i liked breaker as i felt it more interactive but low quality weapon...

go into an ivory tower lobby if no leaf then you arent a mokoko for the event otherwise you are

there are different prerequisites for the leaf- 1660 is just when you lose it were you to have it
