Yep found out the issue, its the Rising Express, when you "Select Style" through that, it gives you broken Tripods, which affect any Hold Down skills.

Just made a Berserker and all of his Hold down skills are also broken and give the same error

Basically it only gives you the 1st tripod for the skill, but it acts as if all 3 have been selected, causing the skill to break and spit out that error message any time you try to use it.

Usually what would happen back in the day when I was playing is that everyone would eventually drop it after some days it was released, but we would do 2 guaridans per day then, you could do more and still drop, but no guardian soul
I remember it took some time to me to drop the purple, was harder than dropping the legendary
But both were from the very first guardians (that I personally dropped), the icy phoenix and deskaluda, were the fastest and shit
