Somebody knows how the "trusted" system works in Lost Ark? I've got over 300 hours in Lost ark now and also cashed over 60€ in this game for cosmetics etc. via Steam( before the last powerpass)
However since the last powerpass (I believe it was somewhere around May?) they introduced the new "trusted system". Since then I dont have the "Trusted" Status and couldnt use the Powerpass either. So I thought it was a bug or smth. I did a break and come back this new season and still dont habe the trusted status:( Is there a support mail I can text?
