I manage to reach lev. 50 playing storyline but my feel is like playing Diablo not an mmo.

My expectation was to have some group role (tank, dps, healing) but it seems to me that this not exist. I neither manage to find a group in the matchmaking, I wait for hours but can't find teams mate (but this is not a problem matching equip level criteria every dungeon I meet is pretty simple also on hard mode).

If you want a "group role" you can play a support ( healer? more less) also low level content its dead, (tier 1 and tier 2) no one play that anymore.

it is much more like wow(in terms of endgame content aka raids) than diablo, and you are still very far from endgame. the game is very vertical and anything not in endgame is dead. the game will give you a boost straight to endgame once your account is verified, which might take a few days

Amazon changed how trusted status is obtained, the old way is "You need steam trusted / non limited and enabling 2fa on steam guard app", it's now an in-house system not reliant on steam. All the info they have given us on how to get it is "Play the game and you get it eventually".
