i have a problem, i tried everything but the game has constant micro stutters and its extremely annoying, even after 40 hours it persists, i tried to lower graphics, check files, reinstalled the game, put a command in properties but nothing so far worked and idk what else to do :/

The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.
