Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

They basically work like a pyramid scheme. Or a somewhat fair investment scheme. You spend a lot to hone and gear alts and then a lot more time and you eventually get what you put into them back and then more but it's so much more time still too.

you know what you get by honning your alts tho. what ilvl is needed to go where, and what that raid will give you per week basis. so i dont know how you compare that to a pyramid scheme?

I dunno like it's nothing new to complain about the alts thing in this game, right?

Like if you play a single character, and just do dailies, you're rewarded a ton for your time.
But then if you want more return for your time, you do alts as well. You do the same raid hundreds of time. You get a lot more total reward, but it's also a massive time sink.
