Yeah it is with a pet, but its mainly the bracelet that makes it look bad since it has neither crit or swift on it.

With even a shitty crit/swift bracelet

But a new necklace would give me about 5 crit, and about 25-30 swift. then plan on upgrading earrings since I can get like 8-9 crit each going to purp quality from blue. Then like another 3-4 crit per ring.
