could be because it's 8 people doing it on ilvl but that seems likely

akkan learning groups are guaranteed to be 8 on ilvl people because you need akkan gear to be higher ilvl without wasting resources

Yeah, I learned Kaya in normal at like 1560 I think. And by the time I did hm kaya at 1580, I had a decent amount of experience already

kaya hm was my second clear but the only gate that changes meaningfully is pokemon which fell over on nm 1st pull to learners so it's more like it catches up to g1 and g3 the whole raid doesn't realy get much harder
