south of Elgacia - Ereonnor, there should be a teleport node that brings you down to Nia Village (which is Punika in the world map). It's next to Albion, that huge winged beast

from there, you can continue onto doing the Arkesia Tour, now being back at the surface (Arkesia) via sailing to locations, and teleporting within a continenet
