This guide tells to keep upgrading T3 Dimensional Set all the way until ilvl 1430 and at the same time they tell you to Transfer the Erupting Waves Set over your Epic set (Item Level 1340) and then at Item Level 1370 they say Transfer your epic set into the Erupting Waves Set or Piercing Gaze Set.
