At best they maybe save one

you commonly use one atro after first stagger and one after second stagger

third can be used if boss gets naturally staggered

pushing to hidden phase faster is more valuable than bursting hidden phase since that phase is a joke anyways with a competent party

Very high dps lobbies will only see one break, decently competent parties will see two with the second most likely pretty late around like x100

The swiftness one will be easier to get skills out but have some nuance to it to really pump while the spec is all about building meter and pumping out your dmg in a small space of time (it’s the burst version) but you’d need to know the fights well to ensure you’re popping them out at good points . But if you’re new the swiftness might help you out a bit in movement during raids too.
