Not sure what you mean by average. But you earn a set amount of tokens a week. At certain ilvl breakpoints you earn more. idk all of them, but at 1580 I get ~2300 tokens from a full week

Harsh? not really. Youve always been dropped into raids if you powerpass. Lots of people just do brel for the ancient gear then just go back to visit clown over leveled

I've done Kayangel plenty of times on my 1580, but I've never really tried to support on it. Been kinda skittish to try it first try to not get flamed or anything. Is there any particular tricks to make the run easier? I know you can stand in the middle in G3 to bait the mirror, you just stand decently on top of a crystal for the pop right? Or a decent ways off? Also, how often do you pop crystals so they respawn properly? Thanks for any small tips and tricks you can provide!

1. getting the early crystal break is not super super important so dont worry to much about that because you might end up trapping urself in the corner and then getting bounced repeatedly by the mirror if u mess it up as ive seen happen to ppl. He usually does a follow up attack shortly after that hits the crystals so can just get buff there

2. I just repeatdly break crystals as they come up if dmg is good. Because ideally you want to pop all crystals around 105x before the 100x mech because they all get destryoed at that time anyway so they will respawn faster if u break them early and u wont be stuck with no buff after 100x mech

she puts a big purple lookaway circle up when she starts it to mess with you, then she spawns the stars, then the squares, then the diamonds, they aren't all at once

That's what I use it for ! and the raid cheatsheets as well, but for my class I only use the community guides

yeah the spawns are a fixed 6-hour schedule, and the restock is 2 or 3 hours after the spawn, i think 2
