To my understanding by default nodes give the same mats regardless of your tool. But the modifiers on your tool can improve your drops. Increasing rarity from green-blue-purp-yellow give you more/better modifiers on your tool

In both move speed and attack animation

Empress is also a very very high APM class. Most other classes will be slow by comparison

Servers wont merge. Things like the Auction house and party finder will be merged together with their respective region

For your first time, I would highly recommend manually playing the story. Its long and some find it boring, but youll be introduced to systems in the game at a much more reasonable pace

Jumping in with the express as a brand new player is crazy overwhelming

Amazon was quite fast, I messaged them why I didnt have a second powerpass, turns out, I made my character, didnt like how it looked, immediately deleted it and remad eit with the same name, The powerpass got mailed to the first version of my character. so they are applying the pass to something of my choosing.
