Just so you get an understanding of how KTs work, the ONLY special Knowledge Transfer (KT) is North Vern, it's the only one that will give you gear after buying it, from there onwards you actually need to have the correct item level to even attempt to KT a continent and it will only skip the main story, the side stories and such are untouched, it wont give you anything but continent's main story completion

Alts take time. Mostly you can just do dailies on them if you want or whenever you feel like. We get a lot of mats from events also. You can use those on your alts if you want. The only material you won’t be able to farm fast are “fusion materials.”

If you make Oreha Fusions with the mats you get from stronghold farm, you can only use those yourself. They aren’t tradeable.
