I have a 1480 char i wanna get to 1490 then i wanna swap it to my 1495 main, is that possible

bit late but what these settings do is
selects all relic items to be autodismantled except for amulets, which are not autodismantled at all
then it also selects all items that exist with exp/dom/end to be autodismantled
and then it excludes the three things you chose to exclude at the bottom out of everything selected in the first two steps
and then it dismantles that stuff
in other words your current settings dismantle anything that's relic or lower unless it has favorite engravings, and it also dismantles anything above relic if it has exp/dom/end unless it has favorite engravings
