Unless u had perfect timing of looking away then immediately dash back in u would still die

Because from what I see u died less then 1sec after getting hit by Medusa which means ur chances ur survival by stopping to not get hit by Medusa would still be insanely low

If you want to keep the 1490 as your main I would say use the express on that so you hone that up quicker
