Ceiling is what damage you can do with high skill and uptime. Basically if you played perfectly

Low damage floor, conversely harder to play classes, usually requires specific rotations etc

bsaically you can only have 6 gold earning characters. you select up to 6 characters out of however many character you have

and any characters aside from the 6 cannot earn gold from raids but can get bonus chests from legion raids for free

if you already got the north vern passes, those wont be given again, if you mean the event punika pass, then yes you should get it after a while if your account is trusted in lost ark

sometimes the powerpass goes to the original server, you can just right click it and use it on X server
