yes there are some classes that deals or can theorically deal more damage than others, but no class is so weak it's useless

and no class is that strong that not having it makes the raid impossible

I would recommend any hit master, almost all the top DPS are difficult to pull off which means you won't be oding the DPS they normally do. I really enjoy my Sharpshooter that I have been playing lately and they are very easy. A lot of people recommend Artillest which I played through the campaign completely on it and once I started doing endgame stuff I HATED it...

Tai Jutsu Scrapper is a lot of fun but average DPS, however very tanky and fun

Can swap to Shock once you really get the hang of things if you want

Variety of ways. Combat level gives 6 per level, there are also Skill Point Potions you actively seek out to unlock through various things like Adventure Tome, collectibles and other activities.

But don't worry about fully fleshing out all of what the google doc shows, that is just showing you what the end result looks like and from that you can infer what your most important skills are that you should be getting higher level as you get more skill points.

yes they are important, no they are not life or death, yes you can get gatekept for not having full lv2 set
