As Icy said, but please keep in mind that "meta chasing" in this game may not go as well as you might think. What matters more is enjoying the class you play and doing well with said class. Those classes all have the higher potential DPS but that matters on the player, not just the class. If your uptime in a Legion Raid is terrible your DPS is terrible, doesn't matter what class you are.

Depends hard on the raid Boss moveset, environment etc. but if you go from raw dps and the boss stand still for ever , 1 surge , 2 punisher slayer , 3 destroyer rage hammer , but you will not perform this dps in a real fight not even close the only character that comes close to the dps listed above is slayer , surge blade and rage hammer destroyer can have the highest dps but you will never come close to this dps because of crit chance , difficulty of the class and the movement of the boss , if you want a real answer ( a class that actually comes close to the highest potential dps) it’s 100% slayer it’s really Easy to play she is really fast her highest dps skill basically allways crit but this class will get nerfed soon but is still one of the best also after the nerf ,

Does anyone have any idea what hitting 1490 after the 20 -> 15 ilev crunch in KR looks like honing cost wise vs what it will look like when we get our 1460 -> 1490 honing reduction? I don't know if they rebalanced the honing costs so it remains the same cost despite the level being lower. If the costs weren't tinkered with it would be way smarter to wait until the august update when we also get the ilev crunch because a honing reduction to tap +19 and +20 gear won't do nearly as much as resetting your gear back down to +13 or so and having your last 2 taps to 1490 be +14 and +15 (basically free taps). Also keeping my current 1370s/+6 gear charectors where they are due to not knowing the answer as they could beneifit even greater from not pushing up right now.

I tried looking at maxroll honing calculator's KR version but they don't have it updated for the ilev squish yet, also tried reading the original patch notes and it didn't mention anything about honing costs... so idk if it's wasteful to push next week or if I can just push whenever. Any info or links is super appreciated, ty!
