Youll get a couple more options to skip some stuff like tutorials and training

You can get bunny ears by doing one of the steps. If you skip it you can return to the training arena at any time to get thje bunny ears

Yup, youll see the options soon enough. Its pretty clear for each step in the PP process. Shows each step, an option to play/skip and the rewards for doing each step

Again you can skip it all and return to the training area later if you want. You also get theoptions with every PP you use

once you open it, its final

First one is your negative effect is Attack Power Reduction which means thats going to be just reducing all of your damage, second is you should have Berserker's Technique at level 3, you can do this by having it slotted into both Engraving slots so long as you have up to Epic books unlocked for it

Well even if you just get the lower tier mats you might as well just stockpile them and convert to the highest tier when you have enough. There doesn't seem to be any benefit whatsoever to upgrading to a lower tier ability stone
