Argos can be useful up to 1490 because it rewards leaps, even if it isn't rewarding gold anymore (1475 I think it stops)

No idea if this happened to anyone but I have been playing Lost Ark for a while, always in 75 FPS without any stutters whatsoever. But today when I launched the game it's trying to force 60 FPS for whatever reason giving me non stop stutters. It never happened before, game was always running smooth. I haven't changed any drivers or anything since yesterday.

This happen in borderless, but when I open Discord for example and it's on top of game's window steam shows me 120 FPS o.O

But when I switch back to the game, it goes back to 60.

What the hell is going on?
