Well technically level 50 is when you get to "endgame" but Tier 1 and Tier 2 content are very early in that stage of the endgame. However they have sped up the process of getting to Tier 3, which is where everyone else is at current content wise, to really not take that long.

@mint knot Story Express is for new players to breeze through 10 to 50 and T1 and T2 content. Power Pass is a completely separate thing. However the only way you would fuck yourself over is if you used a Power Pass on your character with the Story Express active on it.

Okay, well honestly continue with that character. Get through the Story Express in its entirety. When you get to the end of it you'll be able to get the currently still available Punika Power Pass from the Artist release by doing the Berver's Friend quest in Nia Village in Punika. With that you'll be able to boost your Slayer up to 1340 ilvl without needing to manually run story again, or use a Knowledge Transfer on it.

You still have until June 14th to get that Artist Power Pass, plenty of time.
The Power Pass is going to boost your Slayer to where the Story Express is going to bring your Reaper
So you'll have two characters 1340 ilvl in a very short period of time
Also you can't transfer the Story Express to a different character, also you can't recover it if you delete the character that it is currently active on
