IIRC powerpass u get is a copy per server so if they already claim on lets say NAW Valtan character via product inventory, it should go into that character inventory. Right click to use it by registering it to the account and then it applicable in your character selection view for Valtan. At that point if wants to switch to NAW Mari should be able still use that pass to there since its tied to account now

I just completed hyper express on my char and currently sitting at 1460 and I have a couple questions

1. Can a char benefit from both hyper expresses?
   I was debating if I should park 1460 until 6/14 when Hyper Express 1 ends and wondering if I can sign up the same char for Hyper Express II as well to get the rewards
2. Should I wait to get my full Relic set before continuing or park 1460 until I get 6/6 Relic?
   I'm now sitting on 2 Relics, just completed my first week of Valtan/Vykas HM

Argos just flat out stops providing its gold reward once that character hits 1475, so for the most part yes. It isn't as much gold as it used to be but its still gold. As for how claiming gold rewards works, you can choose whether or not you claim the gold reward from the gold earning content that you are doing.

For instance, people at Brel ilvl could claim gold from Brel, Clown and Vykas but still be able to run Valtan they just won't get the gold from it.

Because of there being actual people to play with

They have discussed that they are working on merging EUW and EUC but the only update we've had on it is that they've made progress and thats it
