no, people use wei on 2nd stagger nowadays because they have the dps (usually) to push fast mech after mech
IF you know the lobby is gonna have a low dps, yes you can save it for that
but if you have low dps imo its better to nina instead and do the mech
the lobby has to pick what to use, dont magically expect everyone to read each other's mind and know what to do without talking it out

My friend has had VAC ban on Steam from Lost Ark for a very long time, but he didn't even know what the game was until recently.
The other day he decided to try it out and I reminded him that it's the game he's been banned from. He tried to appeal the ban by opening a support live chat, but after talking to three different people/bots, he couldn't continue the conversation because every single time they asked his in-game info which he obviously doesn't have since he's never played the game.
Now, I know there's been a bit of a controversy regarding the devs banning thousands of inactive accounts, which flagged people with a VAC ban on their Steam profile even though they never cheated.
His ban is probably related to this event, but the issue here is that he never created a Lost Ark account to begin with.
How can he appeal the ban when support is (respectfully) dumb and doesn't let him submit a ticket without his in-game info?

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support. If a VAC ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly it will automatically be removed.
