No, no. When you get your brel pieces and transfer your normal relic to it that is a soft reset of the enhancement level. A +20 normal relic turns into a +12 brel relic and goes from being a 1490 ilvl piece of gear to a 1510 ilvl piece of gear so you actually gain ilvl on this soft reset.
