ok confirmed, to get buffs from event guardian, you need to fail stagger check on halgia 2-3 times. Then he will jump in the air for an attack and buffs will just drop

The more alts you have and the higher you push those alts the less the less they pay themselves back, so be careful with that. 1490 is a pretty heavy push, its going to take you some time. 1460 to 1490 is, with average luck, 68k gold, but that can go up with the absolute worst case (all pity) costing 157k gold.
