Well her Mayhem equivalent engraving (Predator) does not keep you permanently in her berserk mode, but it does however allow you to upkeep it for a prolonged period of time and the longer you keep it active the shorter the "rest" period between activations of it.

Survivability is probably about the same since Mayhem got the 70% DR buff, Predator is quick, damage is high but uptime can be a concern as if she is not attacking during her berserk mode she can suffer for it because of how the engraving works

She's more back attack reliant as well
