Story Express is something you can activate on your character essentially just after you create it and enter the game with it for the first time. It will expedite the entire process of getting to level 50 and then all subsequent progression leading up to the most current content which is T3 content (1302 ilvl).

It eliminates the need for you to hone through T1 and T2 content which is all early game stuff. All you need to do is follow the story, it gives you the gear you need, and then it will deposit you at 1340 ilvl in T3 content so you can fully start your journey in the endgame.

You'll be able to work on getting your Relic set without worry since that Legendary gear will transfer 1:1 into your Relic set

You'll be able to stick to the Legendary gear up until 1490, but you're likely to be replacing them with Relic pieces as you go but Legendary will transfer ilvl/enhancement lvl 1:1 into Relic

You don't need to spend money, you simply need to set up two factor authentication with your mobile phone.

Doesn't matter for honing. It's just that you get a lot bigger damage bonuses from the Relic sets, so you're gonna do bad damage vs ppl with Relic sets.

Yes, you can hone your legendary set all the way to +20 and its fine, but also yes you should work on crafting your Relic set along the way. Your legendary gear will transfer 1:1 into Relic

You can only transfer relic gear into Brel Relic gear

You have to get the normal relic gear from Hard Mode Valtan and Vykas first
