Technically. There is currently a free Punika Power Pass available from the Artist release last month that you can get from completing the Berver's Friend quest in Nia Village, that pass will boost a character to 1340 ilvl so its ideal to use on an alt after you have completed the Story Express on your main as a new(er) player.
We'll be getting another free Punika Power Pass tomorrow with the Slayer update that will not require you to complete the quest I mentioned just above, it will just be provided to you assuming you have Trusted Status with the game.

Ah, well specificity does help. As far as I know they have not expanded on the World Tree Leaves all that much, so I believe its still the same amount unless the Collectibles window says otherwise.

Boss rush is better. Around a 70-80% reduction in gems for 1302 boss rush. In the long run tho, not a big deal. People just had hundreds stacked, and that adds up. Up to you if you wanna run them.

question on vykas 3: at 120 where we are supposed to get charmed, why is it that you shouldnt counter the vykas if you can? wouldnt that be better bc if you counter you can just stay on top of the pools without getting dmg from her? i also read the patch notes and it says the counter got removed at that mech but still. i would like to know. if someone could help thanks
