Nothing wrong with having similar characters. A lot of players have multiple characters of the same class. Saves some money on books and whatnot.

Generally, you should use the 1460 express pass whatever on the character you want to be higher level since it's a huge boost for them

Okay. You still have until June 14th for the 1445 Hyper Express, you have plenty of time. So my advice is to focus your attention on this single character, push it up to 1445 and claim the end rewards from it, that should help get you to 1460 or at least close enough to it where your daily/weekly mats can supplement the rest.

I would buy as much from the Naruni event vendor as well if you haven't been. Its ending on Wednesday so there isn't a lot of time but if you do the race event today and tomorrow you can get at least enough to pick up some leaps and destruction/guardian stones.

Just keep doing your dailies and you will be fine. DO NO TRY TO RUSH. I cannot stress this enough. Trying to rush to be all caught up to people is going to burn you out and FOMO is atrocious to let yourself succumb to.

Okay, so if you've exhausted your daily options for materials then since you are considerably new to the game you should absolutely be doing horizontal content to get things like your Runes and Skill Point Potions. You need these things. They are also a big part of your vertical progression.
