It's cuz everyone is spamming Boss Rush now for the new Ebony Cube change, and mostly only Supports will need to queue since most DPS can solo Boss Rushes. That means there's a large Support to DPS ratio in BR queue, and so your queue is just resetting over and over again until its your turn.

You can sit in that queue for a few minutes and it'll usually work out eventually, but my best suggestion would just be to have a friend duo them with you.

Same queue issue was happening in Guardian Raids when Artist came out, since there was a huge influx of support players now

Either wait like 5-10 minutes in the queue, or just ask a friend/guildie to duo them with you
