some things i can think of off the top of my head are making sure dmg buff is used off cooldown generally, don't spam heals when team is 90%+ hp, do your best to hit counters, shield constantly as needed, damage reduction skills are very useful in harder patterns, use awakening to gen meter and shield party for high damaging patterns so they can dps goblin without losing health

There's a lot of nuanced things to playing support imo but you learn over time, practice makes perfect

Alright well continue on that path with the Story Express, you'll get to 1340 ilvl in Punika in only a few days and then you can pick up the free 1340 Power Pass after doing the Berver's Friend quest which you can start in Nia Village. Can use that on the old 1020 character
