if you've got decent progress, its not a big deal what server you're on, since all the endgame content is region-wide

the only issue you'd come across is horizontal content like islands

iirc Regulus isnt too bad for NA-E. the most popular are Azena and Una I think

Can another Reaper who has an extra Empyrean Dawn purchase some items and give them to another player? Several in-game issues have made it difficult to dungeon to obtain these items.
