For now just start pushing your ilvl higher, up to 1445. You can hit 1340 if you have not already and use the Hyper Express to expedite your progression to 1445.

Also as Potato mentioned you can get a free punika power pass (1340 ilvl) from completing the Berver's Friend quest.
