Assuming Story Express its probably 12-15 hours through to level 50 and 302 ilvl, then another 7-9 hours from there up to 1340 ilvl then with Hyper Express up to 1445 its maybe another...20? Less?
Overall the time doesn't matter, though, you shouldn't be rushing anything.

That may be a while. They just did it for 1445 so I wouldn't expect it with the upcoming "progression events" from Slayer and Aero
