It's bound. You get one on every char after beating hard Brel g6. It's actually just a Giga whale weapon that requires thousands and thousands of real world dollars to upgrade. It can however be powered up beyond the ilvl max so it's technically p2w stronger. I'd recommend completely ignoring it

It does say it right on the item itself it can't be sold, but aside from that don't worry too much about it. Its "side" content for the most part, takes a lot and I mean a lot of time to actually upgrade it and its mostly for whales. It is also not ever in any capacity necessary for normal gear progression or to do content. Again, its more "side" content than anything else.

Like you, said most classes have 4 to 6--So what are the ones with 4? It doesn't necessarily have to be utility/mobility/etc, even just acceptable damage. Yes, but that isn't a realistic scenario. Its something you'd really only see when matchmaking guardian raids, otherwise you're never running double support in a single group in a Legion Raid. Literal waste of a slot that could be filled with a DPS class.

You both being Support classes wouldn't be a problem necessarily in the 8 player Legion Raids as they require 1 support per group (it is two separate groups of 4). Outside of that you won't be doing Abyssal Dungeons or in particular the Clown Legion Raid as double Support, or Guardian Raids.
You both will undoubtedly have alts that you will make so its not a problem and you can alternate one of you running Support and the other DPS in the 4 player content.

Literally every class is viable. Every class does more than enough damage to be able to do the content in this game, Glaivier however is on the lower end of the spectrum that the classes sit on but that doesn't mean she isn't useable or viable. Again, every class is. Be careful around Youtube videos and such...too many tier lists and shit and tier lists are invariably useless for this game.
