So instead of focusing on "I want to upgrade with my 5% chances" you should focus on "I need 30% more for a success"

For now ignore engravings and get accessories that give you Swiftness (necklace too, get anything that drops first but change to Swiftness and Spec once you get it). Your Hyper Express engraving bonus will be still active for one month and 2-3 weeks if I remember correctly, so you have time to collect and buy those with proper stats & engravings

Hi guys! Does Valtan (2nd phase) take reduced damage during Cone charge patterns (the ones where he targets one player with a red cone, for example during 4 pillars after arena break)?
