the 3% per 100 combat stat is a rough estimate based on bracelet calculations, which are done at close to 1600-1700 base

so for a spec class 100 crit is actually closer to 4% in some cases

because you're going from 500 to 600 which is a relative much greater increase

How to lazy speedrun characters to T3:

1. KT to NVern.
2. Hone to i600. Tower/Event vendors help with materials.
3. Buy i802 gear from the AH and hone it to i960. Hone only to +8 per gear piece to reach i960 faster.
4. Go to Feiton and manually do it. This unlocks KT for the next continent.
5. KT Punika. This will clear Yorn and Rohendel as well, giving you access to gems.
