if you starting fully fully fresh and you are interasted in the story I would not recommend buying the powerpasses

tho it is quite hard in the lower tiers to find people doing stuff like chaos dungeons and stuff

so getting to t3 as soon as possible is recommended

If you're out of T2 and into T3 already and those chests only give bound T1 and T2 materials they are effectively useless and can be dumped. If you have pet inventory available you can toss your battle items (grenades, potions, etc) and the subsequent boxes that they come in into your pet inventory. If no pet inventory then just in one of your Storage tabs.

The T3 honing materials you can either keep in your inventory and lock their placement (alt+left click on the item) so they don't auto sort whenever you hit the button then you can do so, or you can also dedicate a Storage tab to them.
