if you're doing story express pass, which you can check via the event icon on the left side of your map you cant skip it cause itll will cancel the pass, but if you are not doing it you can hone to 460 and head to rohendel

and or if you want to skip rohendel which i dont think you should if its your first char, you hone to 600 and go to yorn

ya once you get to north vern and finish that you should receive 2 vern passes, and then right now with the event after you do punika and do the side quest for the pass youll get another one, so youll have x2 ilvl 302 passes and x1 1340 pass

with the ilvl 302 passes you can knowledge transfer them up to punika via paying a gold fee and having them honed to the ilvl for the area you are trying to power pass too

so if you're f2p make sure you finalize what you want your char to look like through the game

I think you can save them to Roster to use to multiple classes of yours, or sell them
