Well, if the brel char is part of main six and is never retired then there's no problem. But if you geared a char for brel and retired it later for a new class or something, that extra investment getting to brel is unlikely to have paid itself off in gold worth

Key factor in if you make a return is if you keep it in main six. If you retire a brel char at some point, unlikely to have generated the gold back in cost. If you commit and keep it, eventually it will have been worth it because of both the extra raid gold and the fact that closer to the next gold generation increase breakpoint.

therefore you would be net positive after a maximum of 20 weeks or 5 months (don't talk to me about cost of engravings)

which is a fairly long time but not never

of course honing up to 1475 also has a time to go net positive and that adds up

You're good then. I would highly recommend starting an entirely new character and using the Story Express on them. That will expedite your progress through 10-50, then through Tier 1 content, Tier 2 content and early Tier 3 content up to 1340 ilvl.

(Story Express can only be used on one character, it cannot be swapped and if you delete the character with it you can not select a new one. You also can not skip it at any point with a Power Pass or otherwise, Story Express must be done manually all the way through)

After that you will be able to use the Hyper Express which will expedite your progress up to 1445 ilvl.

Another thing to note is that once you hit level 50 and complete the North Vern story you will be given one free North Vern Power Pass (this will boost an alt of your choosing to level 50 and 302 ilvl and once that one is used you will get another free North Vern Power Pass which can be used to the same purposes. You will also be able to get a 1340 ilvl Power Pass shortly after completing the Punika Story which is when you get to T3 content.

Do u think arcana good alt if not gunslinger would be better?
I'm looking for something I'd enjoy.
But gunslinger seems to be very hard u have to switch between 3 weapons.
So I felt arcana would be fun and good for me "fit my playstyle "

And at the very end game both are good.

Its just a matter of finding an appropriate group for yourself.

Don't hinge everything around "Will I get gatekept?" because people will gatekeep with anything
