the long answer is that basically - all the tools give you is the potential for higher rolls

but, that's rng, and you might even get a tool you can't use

e.g. excavation with no minigame difficulty roll but also no super armour

I tend to get distracted with stuff tho, like I go and apply my new tripods, check party finder, check discord etc

if you focus on it you can def get it down to 15-20 minutes

though I would recommend against minmaxing like that since you'll burn out faster
