Not that I know of. After Brel HM, at least if I'm remember correctly, they had a slow down of vertical content being released because the KR playerbase literally told Smilegate "slow down" so it was actually nearly a year before Akkan was a thing, though Elgacia still happened in that interim.

They possibly even had even the same amount of time or less time for progression to Brel HM

I think there is a miscommunication or misunderstanding here in terms of terminology. When I'm saying "Express" thats the Power pass that we usually get a free one with a class release, the Express events are a different thing, i.e what just got released with Artist. In this case yes there was a Power Pass that was meant for both Destroyer and Glaivier.

Hey. Returning player here. Stopped before kakul (had two chars on vykas hm). I was thinking of returning, and was wondering. I know the game is really grindy, and if I'd want to do new content on day 1 I'd have to no life the game, which is something I'm not willing to do now. But would it be possibly to reach new content within like 1-1,5 months after it's release on my main, if I play 2-3 chars regularly (at least rested bonus and the weekly stuff)? Probably not for brel hm, as I need to catch up, but for future releases like akkan and stuff

Every class does more than enough damage to be able to do content, people gatekeeping based on someone's class are actually being silly. Also I feel some people get it into their heads that you need lvl 10 gems to be able to do something like Brel or you need LoS18 to be able to do content. Neither of those things are true. They are not mandatory to complete the content, they are just absolutely helpful bonuses.

Well I assume you're in Legendary gear, that will serve you just fine as you work on getting Relic gear if you're doing your runs for it.

You'll be able to transfer the Legendary gear into that Relic gear 1:1 so you won't lose ilvl, you can go as far as +20 on the Legendary gear but absolutely you should have your full Relic set, probably before you even think about touching even Clown

Sometimes takes 10 minutes to find a group, but I find one every group for HM Valtan and Vykas.
