the story express will put your character at the end of the journey at 1340 item level, basically the start of endgame

Nah, argos still has a buncha runners too. I started on Una fresh with a friend about 2 1/2 weeks ago. We've pushed to 1450 so far and we had no idea what to do in most of the raids. Same with valtan. There's learning groups, and even then you can learn by doing. Fuck up a few times it aint a big deal xD

Valtan isn't going anywhere, Vykas isn't going anywhere, even with a new region and a new Abyssal Dungeon out in KR that uses up one of your weekly entries for raids they haven't gone anywhere.

And Argos can be a good stepping stone, learning wise, to Legion Raids

Valtan isn't crazy complicated, but if you had never even done Argos before its gonna be a lot to absorb

Yes, though the Story Express will just give them pre-honed gear to blow through T1 and T2. They can honestly get to 1340 (the end of the Story Express) in a few days at most with a good amount of hours spent playing each day.
